SYNOPSIS
The Opposite Party/ Father is not
entitle to any maintenance, while the Petitioner/ Son is burdened with the
dependents being his Old aged ailing Mother, his Wife, and a little Child, in
his much meager earning. The Opposite Party/ Father is earning sufficiently;
But with oblique motive claiming maintenance from the Petitioner/ Son, is not
desirable.
