Business, residing at Balindi Baishpukur, Mohanpur, Balindi, District – Nadia,
Pin – 741246, West Bengal, do hereby solemnly declare and says as follows;

That I along with the other Co-sharer
are the absolute Owner in respect of piece and parcel of Land measuring about

That My name with Co-sharer has been
published in the Record of Rights “PARCHA” from the concerned Block Land and
Land Reform Office, Nadia. The Record of Rights clearly shows that the Land and
the ownership in such respects have no encumbrances, by way of any means,
whatsoever, and that there is no “BARGA” on the said Land.

That I with my Co-sharer are intending
to sale all that piece and parcel of Land measuring about 870.8 Decimals more
or Less, the nature of Land is “Oush” comprising in Mouza – Balindi, J.L. No.

Smt. Debjani Dutta, Daughter of Balai Nath Ghosh, having AADHAR : 281272848716,
residing at Premises being no. 93, Bechu Chatterjee Street, Raja Ram Mohan
Sarani, Kolkata – 700009, for finding the genuine prospective buyer/s.
The
above statements are true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
