Section 21 in West Bengal Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1972

21. Execution of contract

.- (1) Every contract required to be entered into by the market committee shall be in writing, and signed on behalf of the market committee by its Chairman [Secretary] [Inserted by ibid, section 19.] and two other members.

(2)No contract other than a contract as provided in sub-section (1) shall be binding on the market committee.
