Section 30 in West Bengal Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1972

30. Recovery of sums due

.- Every sum due to a market committee under this Act shall be recoverable as an arrear of land revenue under the provisions of the Bengal Public Demands Recovery Act, 1913 (Bengal Act No. 3 of 1913).
