                                                          The humble petition on behalf of the above named Opposite Party Sri Soumen Talukdar, most respectfully;

 

Sheweth as under :

 

1.           That today is fixed for further hearing in the above referred case matter.

 

2.           That the Opposite Party herein preferred one application under Section 410 of Cr.P.C. before the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas, vide M.P. no. 41 of 2013, and whereas the Learned Magistrate admitted the matter and passed necessary order as to issue notice and call for L.C.R. by the next date of hearing as on 17-06-2013.

 

3.           That in view of such facts, the opposite party herein seeks the adjournment in the above referred case matter.

 

4.           That this application is made bonafide in the interest of administration of justice.

 

It is therefore prayed that your Honour would be graciously pleased to allow this application and to adjourn the above referred case matter and or to pass such other necessary order or orders as your Honour may deem, fit and proper for the end of justice.

 

And for this act of kindness, the Petitioner, as in duty bound shall ever pray.
