WHEREAS Joginder Singh Versus   Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar has instituted a suit against you for Appearance. You are hereby summoned to appear in this courting person on the 23^rd march of 2009 at 10:00 O’ Clock in this forenoon to answer the claim for set off and further a list of all documents, (whether in your possession or power or not) which are relied upon as evidence in support of your defense or claim for set off which shall be added or annexed to the written statement. You are also apprised that the code of civil Procedure, 1976 as amended in 2002 prescribes a maximum period of 30 days to file written statement.

Take notice that in default of your appearance on the day before mentioned, the suit will be heard and determined in your absence. That you are directed to nominate a person/Group of person duly empowered to take final decision as to the mode of alternative dispute resolution mode, which you may prefer to opt for. You are directed to communicate your decision to the Court within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of notice.
