that the immovable property situated at Premises

District – South 24 Parganas (full R.S. details as per record), belonging to Mr. Basant Jaswara and Mr. Santu Jaswara
(Sons of Late Khedu Jaswara) is under
a valid Joint Venture Agreement dated 10/07/2018 with M/s. Om Enterprise, Proprietor Smt. Sujata Dutta, having office at
229, Maharani Indira Devi Road, Parnasree, Kolkata – 700060 for development of
the said property.
Any person/ entity dealing with the
said property for sale / purchase / agreement / loan / lease / POA /
construction / investment or any other transaction of whatsoever nature shall
do so at their own risk, as the
Promoter reserves its legal rights arising out of the existing Joint Venture
Agreement.
