my clients (1) Smt. Sunanda Dutta, Wife of Late Dyupati Bikash Dutta, residing
at Peyarabagan, J.R. Ghosh Garden, Post Office – Laskarpur, Police Station –
Narendrapur, Kolkata – 700153, (2) Smt. Anindita Sarkhel, Wife of Sri Sunsenjit
Sarkhel, Daughter of Late Dyupati Bikash Dutta, residing at Premises being no.
4B, Brahmapur South End, Post Office – Brahmapur, Police Station – Bansdroni,
Kolkata – 700096, and (3) Smt. Sharmistha Dutta @ Sharmistha Maity, Wife of
Snehasis Maity, Daughter of Late Dyupati Bikash Dutta, residing at Peyarabagan,
J.R. Ghosh Garden, Post Office Laskarpur, Police Station – Sonarpur, Kolkata –
700153, District – South 24 Parganas, are the Legal heirs of Dyupati Bikash
Dutta, who died intestate leaving behind them, being heirs under Class I,
proviso of Section 8 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956.

said Dyupati
Bikash Dutta (now Deceased) had purchased the property homestead land measuring an area
of 1 (One) Cottah 11 (Eleven) Chhitacks more or less together with 100
(Hundred) Sq. ft. Tile Shed Structure standing thereon, comprised in C.S. Dag
nos. 575 & 577, under Khatian Nos. 411 & 493, and L.R. Dag No. 1281,
Khatian Nos. 2506, 2507, & 2508, J.L. No. 57, Mouza – Laskarpur, lying and
situated at Municipal Holding No. 33, Peyarabagan Road, under Ward no. 31,
Mouza – Laskarpur, Police Station Narendrapur (formerly Police Station
Sonarpur), Kolkata – 700153, within the limits of the Rajpur- Sonarpur
Municipality, District – South 24 Parganas, by Deed Being No. 11940 of 1982, which
consequently devolved on his legal heirs after his demise on 15th
day of April’ 2011.
THIS
IS TO CERTIFY that
the Original Deed Being No. 11940 of 1982, has been lost by the Brother-in-Law
Subrata Dutta Gupta, while he was shifting his premises under the jurisdiction
of the Lake Police Station. The said Brother-in-Law, has lodged a General Diary
Entry being G.D.E. No. 100 dated 2/3/2008, in a written form with the Lake
Police Station.
THIS
IS TO CERTIFY that
the said deceased Dyupati Bikash Dutta gave a Public Notice under LOST &
FOUND Classification in the daily English News Paper “The Telegraph” on 21/07/2008, as well as in the Bengali daily News
Paper “AAJKAL” on 21/07/2008, wherein
it was specifically contended that “if anybody found the same please contact
with the undersigned”.
THIS
IS TO CERTIFY that my
Clients having so far knowledge acquired during the period since the day of
lost of the said Original
Deed Being No. 11940 of 1982, has never been found till the day.
