The followings are the questions :

 

Question no. 1.      This is true that You have installed  electricity for domestic connection of expected load of 0.4kw, at the premises of petitioner. Say Yes or no ?

 

Question no. 2.      This is also true that the petitioner applied for such connection on 27-07-2010, and you installed and or provided such connection recently as on 12-03-2014. Say yes or no ?

 

Question no. 3.      Did you describe any valid cause of such delay in providing electricity to the petitioner, in your evidence on affidavit, if yes what’s that please describe ?

 

Question no. 4.      I say that quotation money deposited within prescribed time, say this is correct or not, if not describe your reasons.

 

Question no. 5.      You did not answer or reply the legal notice issued by the petitioner, even after receipt of the same, say this is correct and true or not, if not describe your reasons.

 

Question no. 6.      Do you have any paper to show that the petitioner ever restrained to effect the connection at her premises, on any occasion, whatsoever ?

 

Question no. 7.      Did you file any document and or paper with your written version or with your evidence on affidavit ?

 

Question no. 8.      Whether delay in providing in such electricity, cannot be described as deficiency on your part ?

 

Question no. 9.      Whether the sufferings of the petitioner, arising out of delayed electricity connection, cannot be described as harassment to him by your purported act and deeds ?

 

Question no. 10.    What is the date of quotation and what is the payment date of quotation money, please provide ?
