Question no.6.      How did you received the copy of the Complaint, written version and evidences of all the parties along with the treatment papers filed before the Hon’ble Forum ?

Question no.7.      Can you say on which date, Dr. S. Gulati and Dr. Kallol Banerjee, filed their Evidence on Affidavit, before the Hon’ble Forum ?

Question no.8.      How much fees you have taken from Dr. S. Gulati and Dr. Kallol Banerjee ?

Question no.9.      state the name of your Learned Advocate, under who’s instructions you acted upon ?

Question no.10.    in which year you have completed your MBBS, and from where ?

Question no.11.    in which year you have completed M.S. ( Gen, Surgery ), and from where ?

Question no.12.    in which year at the first time you have cause surgery ?

Question no.13.    Dr. Kallol Banerjee, is aged about 49 years, as stated by him, then how come at the age of 40 years, you are posing yourself as an expert, while you are younger to him and have less experience as observed due to the ages, state the reasons behind that ?

Question no.14.    Did you registered with the West Bengal Medical Council, state the Registration no. ?

Question no.15.    Are you engaged in any Government Hospital, state the name of such Hospital, and duration of your such engagement ?

Question no.16.    Did the State Medical Council recognized you as an expert, if yes, then placed the relevant documents and or papers, and if no, then how did you place yourself as an expert, states and describe ?
