The humble petition of the above named Decree Holder, Shri Jayaraman Ramesh, most respectfully;

 

 

Sheweth as under :

 

1.    That in view of the facts that the Appeal being FA / 480 / 2013, has been withdrawn by placing Miscellaneous Application being No. MA/136/2015, before the Hon’ble State Commission, as on 16-02-2015.

 

 

 

 

2.    That in view of such facts, your petitioner seeks to put up the case record before the Hon’ble Forum, for kind intervention, in accordance with the Law.

 

3.    That this application is made bonafide in the interest of administration of justice.

 

It is therefore prayed that your Honour would be graciously pleased to allow this application and to direct the Bench Clerck, to put up the case record before the Hon’ble Forum, for necessary intervention and consideration in accordance with the Law, and or to pass such other necessary, order, or orders, as your Honour may deem, fit, and proper for the end of justice.

And for this act of kindness, the Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.
