Affidavit of Abdul Alil Molya @ Alil Molla, Son of Farid Molla, aged about 42 years, by faith Muslim, by Occupation – Farmer, residing at Village – Boushar, Post Office – Shankshar, Police Station – Bhangore, South 24 Parganas.

 

I, the above deponent do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under :-

1.    That I am the petitioner, in the above case, thoroughly conversant with the facts and circumstances of the present case and am competent to swear this affidavit.

3.    That I hereby  submits that the question put forward by the Ld. Advocate of O.P. is to non suit me. His this attempt is baseless. What I have prayed for is based on relevant and valid documents which have not been denied by the opposite party, the questions framed by the Ld. Advocate for O.P., are purposive with a view to debar me from my legitimate claim. As, such my bonafide prayer may be allowed by this Hon’ble Commission.
