An enemy ultimately destroys himself…

 An enemy ultimately destroys himself…

It is not always necessary to raise a weapon or seek revenge to defeat an enemy. Very often, a person’s arrogance, hatred, dishonesty, injustice, and evil actions become the causes of his own destruction. One who repeatedly conspires against others unknowingly lays the foundation of his own downfall. The thorns he places in another person’s path eventually wound his own feet.

The justice of time and nature is silent but inevitable. A person may escape the judgment of society, conceal evidence, manipulate circumstances, or temporarily present falsehood as truth, but no one can escape the consequences of his own actions. The law of karma does not recognize wealth, influence, power, or position. In due course, it gives everyone the result of their conduct.

Therefore, do not waste your strength, time, and peace of mind in pursuing revenge. Remain patient, continue walking on the path of truth, and preserve the purity of your actions. Your patience is your greatest strength, your character is your most powerful answer, and your success is the clearest response to those who oppose you.

A person driven by hatred may try to bring others down, but in doing so, he begins to fall morally and spiritually. Anger destroys judgment, arrogance weakens wisdom, and constant conspiracy ultimately traps the conspirator in his own web. Wrongdoing may appear powerful for a while, but its foundations are always hollow. Truth may travel slowly, yet its victory is ultimately certain.

Do not, therefore, wish for the destruction of your enemy. Leave him to his own actions and to the justice of time. By keeping hatred in your heart, you do not destroy your enemy—you destroy your own peace. Forgiveness is not weakness; it is the strength of a confident soul that knows that time and karma will pronounce the final judgment.

An enemy is not necessarily destroyed by your hands; he is destroyed by his own arrogance, injustice, falsehood, and wrongful deeds. Therefore, choose patience over revenge, wisdom over conflict, and determination over hatred. Time may remain silent, but when it delivers its judgment, no further evidence or explanation is required.
