Appreciation of Mr. Chandan Kumar Saha

Appreciation of Mr. Chandan Kumar Saha

Mr. Chandan Kumar Saha is a respected legal professional, a socially conscious citizen and a familiar personality within the legal fraternity of Kolkata. According to the particulars publicly available on his Facebook profile, he is associated with the learned legal profession and practises as an Advocate before the Alipore District and Sessions Judges’ Court as well as the High Court at Calcutta. His professional association with these important judicial institutions reflects his experience, dedication and continuing commitment to the administration of justice.

The legal profession demands knowledge, patience, integrity, perseverance and a strong sense of responsibility. An advocate is not merely a representative of a litigant; he is also an officer of the Court and an essential participant in the justice-delivery system. Mr. Saha’s continued engagement with the profession indicates his willingness to shoulder these responsibilities and to assist people in protecting their lawful rights and interests. His professional journey deserves appreciation because a sincere advocate performs the difficult task of placing the concerns of ordinary citizens before courts of law while maintaining respect for judicial discipline and established legal principles.

Mr. Saha’s educational background also deserves mention. His Facebook profile records his association with Mitra Institution (Branch) and Prafulla Chandra College, with the year 1996 appearing in connection with his college education. These renowned educational institutions have contributed to the intellectual and cultural life of Kolkata. His progression from his academic life to the legal profession reflects a journey founded upon education, determination and sustained personal effort.

Apart from his professional identity, Mr. Saha appears to maintain a meaningful connection with society through social media. His profile identifies him as a “Digital Creator” and reflects a considerable public reach, with approximately 3,200 followers. Such a platform carries both influence and responsibility. His engagement with contemporary events, social questions and matters of public interest suggests that he does not remain confined solely to his professional sphere. He appears willing to observe, share and participate in discussions concerning society and the events occurring around him.

One particularly touching aspect of his social-media activity is his expression of grief over the passing of a known person. His words conveyed genuine sorrow, affection and a prayer for the departed soul. Such an expression reveals the compassionate and humane side of his personality. Professional achievement becomes more meaningful when it is accompanied by empathy, emotional sensitivity and concern for fellow human beings. His message demonstrates that he values personal relationships and does not hesitate to stand beside others, at least through words of consolation, during moments of pain and loss.

His substantial circle of friends, followers and mutual acquaintances—many of whom appear to belong to the legal and professional communities—also indicates that he has developed a broad network over the years. Meaningful professional relationships are generally built through regular interaction, cooperation and mutual respect. His visible connection with numerous advocates and other members of society therefore reflects his sociable nature and continuing engagement with the people around him.

Mr. Chandan Kumar Saha may thus be appreciated as a person who combines his professional responsibilities with social awareness and human sensitivity. His identity as an Advocate places upon him a solemn duty towards the courts, his clients and society; his public engagement, meanwhile, provides him with an opportunity to encourage informed discussion and constructive thought. The combination of legal experience, social connection and compassion is worthy of recognition.

It is sincerely hoped that Mr. Saha will continue to uphold the dignity and noble traditions of the legal profession, extend assistance to persons in need and employ his knowledge and public platform for constructive purposes. May he continue to earn the confidence, affection and respect of his colleagues, friends, clients and well-wishers. I convey my heartfelt appreciation for his professional journey and wish him continued success, good health, happiness and greater accomplishments in the years ahead.

With profound respect and best wishes to Mr. Chandan Kumar Saha, Advocate.

Freedom with Responsibility

Every individual in Bharat possesses freedom of conscience. A competent adult may voluntarily accept, reject or change a religion according to personal conviction, provided that the decision is genuine and is not brought about through force, fraud, coercion, misrepresentation, undue influence or unlawful inducement. Religious freedom deserves respect because it forms an important part of the constitutional framework of our nation.

However, religious freedom must be accompanied by honesty, consistency and transparency. If a person consciously adopts a different religious identity, it may reasonably be expected that the person will disclose that identity truthfully in official records and public dealings wherever such disclosure is legally required. If the person voluntarily adopts a new name corresponding to the converted faith, the necessary records should also be updated in accordance with law. Nevertheless, no person should be compelled to abandon an existing name merely because of conversion, since a name and a religion are legally distinct aspects of personal identity.

The more important issue concerns the continued use of benefits attached to a former identity. After conversion, no person should suppress material facts, make contradictory declarations or claim a statutory benefit for which he or she is no longer legally eligible. At the same time, conversion does not automatically extinguish every caste-, tribe-, community- or welfare-based entitlement. Eligibility may differ according to whether the claim relates to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Class, minority status or another statutory category. The competent authority must decide each claim strictly under the Constitution, applicable legislation and binding judicial decisions.

Freedom of religion cannot become a means of maintaining one identity for religious purposes and presenting another identity solely for securing a public benefit. If a particular concession is legally dependent upon continued membership of a specified community or profession of a specified religion, the applicant must disclose the conversion and permit the competent authority to determine eligibility. Concealment, false certification or misrepresentation should be investigated and dealt with through due process of law.

The principle should therefore be clear and impartial: every citizen is free to follow a religion of personal choice, but no citizen is free to furnish false information or obtain a public benefit contrary to the governing eligibility requirements. The same standard of truthful disclosure and legal accountability must apply to everyone, irrespective of religion.

Bharat must protect both religious liberty and the integrity of its welfare system. Constitutional freedom and constitutional responsibility must proceed together. Let conversion be voluntary, identity be transparent, public benefits be governed by law and every disputed claim be decided through fair procedure—not hostility or collective suspicion.

Vigilent Bharat

The head coach may appear to be sitting quietly beyond the sideline, away from public attention, but his influence can still be felt throughout the field. He does not always enter the arena personally; instead, he directs the game from a distance, determines the strategy and instructs selected players when and where to strike.

Many forces that seek to create instability, disorder and ideological confusion in Bharat may appear to act independently. Yet their language, timing and methods often display a striking similarity, creating the impression that an unseen strategist is coordinating their movements. The connection may not always be visible or easily proved, because sophisticated interference rarely leaves an obvious footprint. Nevertheless, its presence can be sensed through recurring patterns, synchronized narratives and carefully calculated provocations.

The head coach is particularly familiar with “dressing-room coaching.” Instead of openly confronting Bharat on the field, he attempts to influence the players from within—shaping their thinking, exploiting their grievances and encouraging them to act against the interests of their own team. Internal division becomes the preferred weapon, because a nation weakened from within is easier to destabilize than one attacked openly from outside.

The principal targets are often the new and inexperienced players. Their ambition, frustration, desire for recognition and lack of institutional experience can make them vulnerable to manipulation. They may be offered visibility, encouragement, platforms or influence, without initially understanding the larger design in which they are being used.

At the same time, the old players are gradually substituted. Those who have lost public credibility, exhausted their usefulness or become too easily identifiable are quietly removed from the field. Fresh faces are introduced, new slogans are manufactured and old agendas are presented in modern and attractive packaging. The players may change, but the coaching method and ultimate objective remain substantially the same.

Bharat is a sacred land of courage, sacrifice and extraordinary patriotism. Yet history also reminds us that every great civilization has faced betrayal from within. External adversaries can succeed only when they find willing collaborators, opportunists or misguided individuals inside the country. Therefore, vigilance must extend beyond the visible players to those who train, finance, influence and strategically position them.

At the same time, allegations of disloyalty should be based on credible evidence and addressed through constitutional and lawful processes. National unity is protected most effectively through public awareness, institutional strength, democratic accountability and the rule of law.

Players will come and go. Strategies will change. Hidden coaches may continue attempting to influence the game. But so long as the people of Bharat remain vigilant, united and committed to the nation, no external design or internal betrayal can defeat its collective spirit.

Restrain counter offensive

 Restrain counter offensive

The passage emphasizes the importance of responding to difficult and sensitive situations through lawful, disciplined, and administrative measures rather than allowing matters to escalate into uncontrolled confrontation.

The central message is that every situation should be handled through proper administrative mechanisms—established authorities, institutional procedures, documentation, lawful directions, and appropriate enforcement. A measured administrative response can prevent a dispute from turning into a wider conflict.

The phrase “Restrain counter offensive” suggests avoiding impulsive retaliation or aggressive counteraction. When opposing sides continuously respond to each other through confrontation, the situation can deteriorate rapidly. Such escalation may create confusion, disorder, instability, and ultimately an atmosphere of anarchy. The passage warns that this disorder may actually serve the interests of those who are deliberately attempting to destabilize the situation.

The statement “We have a legal umbrella” is particularly significant. It conveys confidence that lawful institutions, constitutional principles, statutory provisions, and established legal procedures provide the necessary protection and authority to deal with challenges. Instead of responding emotionally or outside the legal framework, the appropriate course is to use the available legal and administrative safeguards effectively.

Overall, the message advocates restraint, institutional discipline, and rule of law. The objective should be to prevent provocation from producing unnecessary escalation, deny destabilizing forces the disorder they seek, and ensure that every response remains firmly within the legal and constitutional framework.

Hard nut is difficult to crack

“Hard nut is difficult to crack”

The passage conveys the idea that rising and promising players—whether individuals, professionals, leaders, or emerging talents—often attract considerable attention in the international arena because of their potential and future influence. Their growing importance naturally creates competition, and those who see them as obstacles may attempt to overcome or neutralize them.

The reference to officials approaching the players, or players being encouraged to meet officials, suggests that influence can sometimes be established through direct contact, persuasion, networking, or strategic engagement. The ultimate objective, as implied in the passage, is to cultivate a trusted intermediary or agent who can influence the player, gain access to their decision-making process, and serve particular interests.

However, the statement “Hard nut is difficult to crack” emphasizes that a strong, alert, independent, and principled person cannot easily be manipulated or influenced. Someone with firm convictions, clear judgment, and awareness of hidden motives may resist repeated attempts at persuasion.

Overall, the message is a warning about the competition for influence surrounding emerging talent. Success and potential can attract both genuine opportunities and strategic approaches from people with vested interests. Therefore, rising players need to remain vigilant, carefully evaluate relationships, recognize hidden agendas, and protect their independence while pursuing opportunities on the international stage.
