Three Pillars of the Routine

Three Pillars of the Routine

Morning — Body & Mind
3:30 AM → 7:30 AM

Wake → Puja → Walk → Breakfast → Reading → Court preparation

Day — Profession & Productivity
7:30 AM → 7:00 PM

Chamber → Court → Lunch → Court → Chamber

Evening — Review & Recovery
7:00 PM → 9:30 PM

Home → Daily review → Dinner → Planning → Sleep

📌 Daily Rule

“Early to rise, disciplined to work, mindful to review, and early to sleep.”

One important point: with a 3:30 AM wake-up, a 9:30 PM bedtime gives only about 6 hours of sleep. For a sustainable healthy routine, it would be better to gradually target 8:00–8:30 PM sleep if your schedule permits.
