From the sacred teachings of the Vedas and Upanishads to the profound principles of yoga, Ayurveda, mathematics and astronomy, Bharat has illuminated the path of humanity for thousands of years. Her civilisational message has always been one of truth, harmony, self-realisation and universal welfare.
