Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam: Bharat’s Message to Humanity

Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam: Bharat’s Message to Humanity

“Those who are secure in their convictions welcome dialogue; only intellectual insecurity attempts to silence an opposing voice.”

The controversy surrounding Dr. Mohan Bhagwat’s New York programme demonstrates that peaceful civilisational confidence can sometimes create greater uneasiness than any display of physical power. Hindu strength does not arise from intimidation or aggression. It emerges from knowledge, discipline, cultural continuity, social solidarity and the timeless philosophy of universal coexistence.

Darkness may resist the light, but it can never defeat its radiance.

Vandemataram.

— Ashok Kumar Singh
