Human character is deeply influenced by circumstances and behaviour. Repeated cruelty, betrayal and humiliation may turn even a good person bitter, while love, respect and compassion can awaken goodness in a hardened heart. Therefore, our conduct has the power either to damage or transform others. True strength lies in resisting injustice without losing one’s own humanity.
