MOST RESPECTFULLY SHEWETH:

 

  1. That the above-referred matter is presently pending before this Hon’ble Court and is fixed for hearing on a later date i.e. 10/06/2025.

 

  1. That the complainant/petitioner is constrained to move the present application seeking advancement of the date of hearing in view of the urgency involved, particularly regarding non-compliance by the accused person with the condition of fortnightly hazira as stipulated in the bail order dated 03.05.2025 (Order No. 3).

 

  1. That it is apprehended that further delay in the hearing of the matter may seriously prejudice the course of justice and may lead to further violation of bail conditions by the accused.

 

  1. That the present application is made bona fide and in the interest of justice.

In view of the foregoing, the petitioner most humbly prays that Your Honour may graciously be pleased to;

 

(a) Be pleased to advance the date of hearing in the interest of justice;

 

(b) Direct that the matter be listed at an early date as on today, as per the convenience of this Hon’ble Court;

 

(c) Pass such other or further orders as may be deemed fit and proper.

 

And for this act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.
